Appointments​

• All Bookings require a $100 non-refundable booking fee that will be deductible upon treatment. The booking fee is payable at the time of making your appointment with Nurse Anita

• At least 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or change an appointment in order to transfer your $100 booking fee to a new appointment.

Cancellations & Changes

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

• Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the loss of your $100 booking fee

Before Your Appointment

Your health and safety are our priority. Please let us know before your appointment if there have been any changes to your

• health or medical conditions

• medical conditions

• skincare routine

• recent dental work

• vaccinations in the last 6 weeks 

Please also advise us if you have an active cold sore, infection or other condition in/near the treatment area to be treated

 

If you are experiencing an illness or symptoms that may affect your treatment or post an infection risk, please contact Nurse Anita as soon as possible to discuss whether your appointment should proceed. Our 48-hr cancellation and appointment change policy continues to apply to changes made due to illness except where otherwise determined appropriate by Nurse Anita.​

Treatment Suitability

All treatments are subject to an individual consultation and clinical assessment by Nurse Anita. Treatment will only proceed where you are considered suitable following assessment and where the proposed treatment is appropriate for your individual circumstances, health, concerns and goals.

Where appropriate, you may need to be referred to or consulted by another suitably qualified health practitioner as part of your care.

 

Treatment Records & Photography

Photographs must be taken to assist with treatment planning, assessment and monitoring your treatment over time and form part of your confidential clinical record.

Clinical photographs are not used for marketing or social media purposes without your separate written consent.

Results & Follow-Up

Individual responses to treatment vary and results cannot be guaranteed.

If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact Nurse Anita as soon as possible so that your concerns can be assessed and appropriate follow-up advice can be provided.
